Dinner: Sushi Shikon serves an Omakase dinner course at two times, Monday to Saturday: First Seating at 6:00pm and Second Seating at 8:30pm
Private Room Reservations
(6 seat capacity)
Private room bookings can be also be made at either 6:00pm or 8:30pm (the duration of the meal is approximately 2 hours).
We serve a nigiri lunch course from 12:30pm to 2:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Children: Well-mannered children under the age of 12 are permitted in our private VIP room, with chef’s approval (Kid’s Omakase HKD 1,800).
Raw Ingredients: We cannot offer menus free of raw ingredients, but please inform us of any allergies or special dietary restrictions.
Corkage Policy: For every 4 guests one bottle will be allowed. There will be a corkage fee is HK$ 750 per bottle less than 1 litre and HK$ 1,000 per bottle 1 litre and over.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations within 72 hours from seating time or same day date changes there will be a charge of HKD 1,250 per person. For same day cancellations, no shows, less persons or late arrivals over 1 hour, the full Omakase price will be charged.
Sushi Shikon offers an ideal setting for lunch meetings or celebrations. You may utilize the private room with wifi and A/V capabilities for your pivotal presentation, and then relax at the 8-seat sushi counter over an unforgettable dining experience.
The restaurant is overseen by executive chef Yoshiharu Kakinuma, Hong’s Kong’s first Three- Michelin Star Japanese Chef.
